TIERED FLAT TAX SYSTEM - Proverbs 3:27, Matthew 22:21 

The Roberts Administration Tiered Flat Tax Plan significantly eases the tax burden on most Americans, increases America's income, and reduces the national debt by implementing a simplified, tiered Federal Flat Tax system that does away with the Federal Income Tax scam.  

No one will pay tax on the first $40-60,000 they earn depending on how they file. The Flat Tax Rate Table is paid only on monies earned in that range. 

Most tax returns will be reduced to the size of a postcard and be extremely simple and effortless for Americans.

The current Federal Tax Code has more than 10 million words and has TEN TIMES the words as the Holy Bible! And it contains traps and landmines to be weaponized against ordinary citizens for payback or personal gain. The Roberts Presidency Tax plan eliminates Federal Income Tax completely for 75 million Americans, and corporations save $100+ billion in annual compliance costs and eliminates the need for deferred income schemes. This plan, combined with my other strategies, will put the United States on a path to ZERO NATIONAL DEBT.

• The Corporate Tax Rate will be a flat 20%. 
• Capital gains taxes are eliminated. 
• The death tax is eliminated. 
• The inheritance tax is 25% of the amount over $20 million, effectively eliminating the inheritance tax for 99.999% of Americans.
• These thresholds effectively eliminate tax on Social Security.

We will stop the flow of illegal immigrants and secure all American borders by any means necessary immediately. The current illegal border crossing numbers are a greater threat to America than any foreign nation. Customs & Border Patrol know what needs to be done and how to do this, and I will fully support them to keep America safe. 

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ALREADY IN UNITED STATES

In tandem with stopping the influx of illegal immigrants and starting my first day in office, my Administration will provide a 7-year phased pathway to full citizenship for all illegal immigrants currently in the United States. This is not to reward bad or illegal behavior. This is to account for all those who are here so we can make better informed decisions and improve financial forecasting with all federal programs to meet the actual needs of all those inside our borders.

The 7-year tiered pathway to citizenship will follow this framework:

     a. Year 1 - Immigrant visas immediately issued to all illegal immigrants that register for the 7-year Restoration Citizenship Program (RCP). They are required to file tax returns annually to qualify for full citizenship. If they are receiving federal food, healthcare, financial, or housing assistance, they are required to be registered in our federal workplace program. 

     b. Years 2-6 - Normal legal immigration process followed expeditiously.

     c. Year 7 - Take the Oath of Allegiance and full U.S. citizenship granted if no arrests and have met all other requirements of citizenship and RCP.

LEGAL IMMIGRANTS CURRENTLY IN PROCESS

We must reward those who have followed our laws and stood in line for years to migrate legally to the United States. Those who are currently in queue legally will be fast tracked ahead of all illegal immigrants and receive expedited service. 

     1. My first day in office, we will work with the appropriate federal agencies to immediately organize and arrange an expedited process for all those in queue until we have a manageable number for completing processing within a 12-month timeframe. 

     2. Going forward, all immigrant applications will be processed within 12 months. All illegal immigrants must wait 7 years to receive full citizenship through RCP. Inside our borders, America will reward those who follow our laws and punish those who do not, citizen or foreigner alike. 

    3. I will host an annual celebration for all LEGAL immigrants in Washington, D.C. as a "Welcome to America" celebration and out of a nation's gratitude for honoring our laws.

The RCP only works if we stop the illegal flow and secure our borders.  This program cannot sustainably or effectively work with a porous border. Anything less than fully secured borders while implementing RCP produces greater chaos in more federal systems and society than we have today. Anything more than RCP would be reckless and not prudent or practical to ensure the safety of Americans and proper integration for immigrants.

With Rollan Roberts as President, January 21, 2025 will be a great day for non-criminal illegals in America as you will be able to enroll in the CRP to become a legal citizen without paying expensive attorneys and middlemen. It will be your Independence Day. You will no longer have to hide in the shadows. You no longer have to fear law enforcement. You no longer have to be relegated to under-the-table income sources and jobs. During the Roberts Presidency, you are welcome in America!

Rollan Roberts Administration's energy  objective is to mandate MPG minimums of 30 mpg for new vehicles, reduce the price of oil per barrel to $25, and get the average cost of a gallon of gas to $1 for Americans.

INCREASING MPG REQUIREMENTS 

By mandating that all new vehicles average 30 miles per gallon  (many get 35-45 mpg now), we will decrease our gasoline consumption by 2.8 billion gallons (about 125 million barrels of oil per year) and that is without traveling less! After 8 years of the Roberts Presidency, America will be saving over 2.5 million barrels of oil per day without changing their lifestyle and paying closer to $1 per gallon of gasoline. The mandate will require a 1 mpg increase per year for the next five years to expedite the environmental benefits and economic benefits of paying off our national debt.

This one aspect of the Roberts Presidency Energy Plan decreases carbon dioxide emissions by 165 million tons per year!

REDUCING PRICE OF OIL AND GAS 

     1. The significant drop in demand resulting from our increased MPG requirements, will drop the price of oil per barrel considerably by itself.

     2. To further drive down the cost of gas for American consumers to $1, the Roberts Administration will require 10% of each gallon of fuel to be ethanol. Ethanol is a renewable energy domestic energy source that studies have shown produces no reduced power or degradation in engine performance. This will produce many high-paying jobs and uses existing fuel delivery and refinery infrastructure. This mandate results in America consuming even less oil, thus further driving the cost per oil barrel and gas down and allows us to become increasingly energy independent.  This 10% ethanol infusion requirement reduces our oil-derived gas consumption by 15 billion gallons per year.

     3. Measures 1 & 2 save 15 billion gallons of oil-derived fuel annually thus ensuring the price of oil goes to $25 per barrel and consumer gas to $1 per gallon.

ALTERNATIVE & ENERGY INDEPENDENCE

After having spent trillions of dollars exploring alternative energy sources, building massive solar and wind farms, and  aqua generation plants, many of which have shuttered and caused more environmental damage than they prevented, the Roberts Administration will usher in absolute and complete energy independence using America's mostly-untapped natural resources. This plan will replace the jobs lost and significantly increase the incomes from jobs that will be inevitably lost to innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence preparing for the 22nd century.

     1. OIL SHALE - Effective immediately upon taking office, the Roberts Administration will move towards using new technology and methods of extraction from oil-bearing rock (previous conventional methods were inefficient and used as much energy as they produced). America has enough oil shale reserves to meet our oil needs for the next 200 years at current usage according to the U.S. Department of Energy. Furthermore, our domestic oil shale reserves are greater than all the oil in Sauda Arabia, Venezuela, Iraq, and Iran combined. We would not have to import another drop of oil for 200 years and provide Americans with high paying jobs at the same time. Needless to say, this further drives down the cost of oil per barrel so we may continue to harvest our renewable energies and potentially import oil at greatly reduced rates.

     2. CLEAN COAL - Due to current improved methods of combustion technology in power plants, coal is now a clean-burning fuel. The Energy Information Administration states our accessible coal reserves in the United States at current energy consumption rates exceed 300 years of supply. Our natural gas reserves alone contain over 100 years of supply at current consumption rates, and with hydraulic fracturing, the recoverable natural gas is likely enough for 200 more years.

     3. METHANE HYDRATES - This form of frozen natural gas will be advanced as it can provide the United States with 9,000 years of energy supply from this one domestic source alone.

     4. NUCLEAR POWER - Nuclear energy has the highest capacity factor of all known energy sources and nuclear power plants produce maximum power more than 92% of the time each year. Nuclear fuel that we use for our aircraft carriers and submarines do not combust with combat shock 50x the force of gravity, can withstand 10x the earthquake shock loads designed for commercial nuclear power plants, and are so efficient that U.S. aircraft carriers are only fuel once in the life of the ship (one fill up lasts 25 years) and submarines NEVER have to be refueled. The use of nuclear power since 1970 has reduced CO2 emissions by over 60 gigatonnes (2 years worth of global energy emissions). Nuclear power is crucial to our energy portfolio, economy, and environment.

Rollan Roberts Administration's education objective is to better prepare our youth to lead the world in science, engineering, technology, and mathematics.

China teaches engineering to 6th graders. America, on the other hand, and mostly because of the public education funding model, has bachelor's degrees issued by today's public universities that are equal to a 8th grade education in 1940. Read that again.

Our education institutions cannot afford to fail students because of reduced funding, so we have progressively lowered the standards year after year for so long that we graduate high school seniors even if they can barely read or write. And they certainly are not skilled in oratory skills, interpersonal skills, financial literacy, or writing in cursive and print. For many reasons and causes, including foreign propaganda to shape American thought to drive this, we have dumbed down the youth of America and made it an uphill battle for them to compete with the rest of the world. Brilliant on the part of our enemies. Disastrous for America and her global leadership, economic future, and physical safety.

I want a high school diploma to produce and represent the level of excellence it must, which means the following comprehensive system must be addressed:

     - Bachelors degrees must run parallel to high school years.

     - This means altering the school day. Only approximately 2.5 hours of teaching is done in a typical 7-hour school day. That must change. It may be of benefit to extend the school day to 5pm, allowing for high school curriculum taught from 8-12 and college-level curriculum from 1-5. This will reduce current K-12 teacher's working hours and allow women (who are still more disproportionately affected than men by school hours and closures not matching up with business hours and closures) to excel in their professional careers, even allowing them to take better paying roles in higher paying industries because they can now fulfill the job requirements found in higher paying positions and industries.

     - This means no more student loans necessary except for advanced degrees post high school (and even then by private lenders only). All existing student loan debt will be settled at a reduced rate and paid by the public endowments of institutions that used public money to enrich themselves.

     - The average young person today does not begin contributing economically to America until their late 20's and early 30's. Because of the soft society led by feelings instead of responsibility, many are still trying to "find themselves" after college as compared to the days that built America when youth worked hard to contribute to the family income, and by extension, America.  

By graduating high school seniors with bachelors degrees and trade certificates, we actually ADD 12 more years of productivity PER PERSON to America's economic engine. THIS is how we pay off America's debts and fund Social Security promises. This is how we ensure income and healthcare programs for our seniors are funded. This is how we improve the system so women have greater economic and leadership opportunities. This is how we produce an educated workforce trained to innovate not merely work an assembly line. This is how we make America solvent, fiscally sound, and lead the world with the best and brightest.

Rollan Roberts Administration's healthcare objective is to increase the life expectancy and quality of life of Americans to 100 years of age.

Reaching 100 years of age was quite common in the early days of mankind's history. We have many accounts of people living hundreds of years. We have people today around the world who live to 100 years of age. The goal of helping Americans reach an average life expectancy of 100 years of age with great quality of life is quite achievable, albeit requiring significant changes in society for it to become the standard rather than the exception. 

Five chronic diseases currently account for 70% of deaths in America: diabetes, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, asthma, and depression. These are mostly preventable and/or treatable diseases with lifestyle changes such as proper diet and exercise. 

It starts with our food. If you put mud in the gas tank of an exotic sports car, no matter how perfect the car is, no matter that it has the best tires and parts, it will not run. No matter that our bodies are intricately created and designed by God to heal, the body cannot function or perform as intended when we do not follow the owner's manual. The average tomato in 2023 has only approximately 15% of the nutrients that a tomato in 1960 contained. The same goes for nearly every vegetable on our plates today. Much of our illnesses are derived from not giving the body proper nutrition. Not only are our "healthy" foods not nutritious, many Americans substitute these insufficient health foods of nature for fast junk food and manufactured/processed foods that the body cannot digest properly nor does it give the body the proper nutrients. And thus we age faster than we should.

To that end, we must scientifically discover soil, seed, and crop restoration methods so real food can once again provide the body with the nutrition it needs.  Worker productivity is greatly increased with a clear mind and sound body. Educational learning of our youth is significantly enhanced when they can focus in a classroom without taking pills that dull their overstimulated brains from all the fake and malnutrition of fake food. It favorably impacts individual relationships, likely reduces the divorce rate, regulates moods, grows the GDP of the United States, and produces better behavior at home, school, and society, which greatly impacts our prison and judicial systems. 

In addition, my administration will give new missions and mandates to the CDC, FDA, NIH, and NSF government agencies that must be adhered to or they will be dissolved or defunded - CURES & PREVENTION. Start thinking like a 22nd century agency, not a relic of times past.

They must collaborate with the public and private sector to develop cures to the world's deadliest diseases, and no, we won't use poison to fix one problem that creates 9 more. We've learned from our first President that the prevailing medical science of yesterday is one of the leading causes of death. So the established norms and traditions of today's medical science must be perpetually challenged to be improved.

Next, the healthcare system must move towards performance and outcome-based treatment so doctors are paid for keeping Americans healthy, not just paid when they are sick. Medical schools are bought and paid by the pharmaceutical industry. If Big Pharma wants to start focusing on creating products that cure and prevent the greatest illnesses and diseases known to man instead of developing small dose antidotes that require daily ingestion along with 3 more prescriptions to dull the side effects of the first antidote, then they will have a seat at the table. If they insist on profits over people, their industry will be wiped away and a new school and practice of medicine will emerge.
